"Do not use this company they are Crooks Come to find out it’s a very small world just because his lack of not liking me because of families that I found out a year later in my opinion, now, here are the facts this man was upping my insurance every single month for the last seven months on my auto and property Insurance then they took it upon their self to pay out a 60 dollar claim that I never agreed to or never accepted and when I pointed it out to Heath Murray he told me well he could fix that he could send me another check. That was more reasonable now mind you this was six months prior? I told him there should have never been a claim paid out I didn’t agree to it because I did not file a claim I just reported an issue and ask what is my best option for my policy like I said don’t use this company they will outright take your money so when you do a policy with them and they don’t like you for whatever reason remember if you get robbed have storm damage and you call this company and report the issue make sure you find out what your deductible is and tell them you do not want to file a claim especially a zero dollar claim better yet do not even report it unless your house is completely burnt down or your car is totaled or everything in your home has been robbed because if the cost of repair or the accident was less than what your deductible is why would anybody in their right mind file a claim I promise they do not tell you these things so do not report anything to them if you have their insurance they will take it upon themselves to file a claim therefore it will raise your homeowners insurance insanely and remember like mine, they can be zero dollar claims because that’s what he does. He knows how to hurt your insurance right now and for the future, it should be against the law what this company has done I wonder how many other people he has actually done this too for job security but if this comment can change just one person‘s decision, then it was Worth it. and at the end of the day, I think this company for showing me their true colors. And at the end of the day, and after all the damage, this company tried to do to me I found way better and cheaper insurance"

At Heath Murray State Farm our highest priority is providing customers with exceptional service and support. As far as rates and claims please allow me to explain. Insurance rates are set by State Farm corporate and not by individual agents or offices. The rates are also approved by the Ohio Department Of Insurance. Factors such as driving history, credit, claims, changing or adding vehicles or not setting up the Drive Safe And Save discount program will affect your rates. Rates are not set based on any opinion of an Agent, office or employee. All policy deductibles are also reviewed at the time of application. Subsequently, declarations pages with coverage and deductible information, are mailed directly to customer when policies are issued. State Farm also has dedicated claim offices and representatives to handle claims. These claim offices are responsible for opening claims, talking with a policyholder about what happened and then approving or denying claims. Local offices do not handle claims determinations, we take the call or walk in and send that call or start a call with claims to take the pertinent facts of a loss. It is also an industry wide standard that any claim of potential damage or loss, no matter the dollar amount, including $0 paid counts as a claim of damage. James we are here to help not hurt our customers and I am sorry State Farm, and therefore my office did not live up to your expectations. "Heath Murray's office will not stop calling me! I have blocked their number and reported their emails as spam. I have never had State Farm insurance and never will. The two people that rear-ended me had State Farm and the insurance was a horrible experience."

"Moved from the East Coast back in June. My State Farm Agent from my old state contacted Mike here at Heath Murray, and before I even moved, Mike was guiding me through the process of getting vehicle insurance. Process was simple and easy, and he even was able to save me some money and add more coverage then I did back home, for a cheaper price. Would highly suggest Heath and the team here at State Farm."
